Chief Recruitment Strategist

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in securing top-tier technology and product talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract high-caliber talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally with full life cycle recruiting experience. Experience in a senior recruitment role managing senior-level roles is preferred.
- Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics.
- Ability to set and deliver high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates.
