Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the recruitment process for various functions within an insurance organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of successful talent acquisition and management.

This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, HR professionals, and external partners to meet talent needs on time. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for planning, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across functions (sales, claims, operations, underwriting, etc.)
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers
Workforce Planning:
  • Coordinate with business and HR teams to understand current and future talent needs
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for high-turnover roles like front-line sales agents/advisors
Candidate Experience:
  • Timely and professional communication with candidates
  • Create a positive and smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and handover to HR operations for onboarding
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5–8 years in recruitment, preferably in BFSI or insurance sector
