Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery
  • Oversee the entire operations of our organization at a national level
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure client satisfaction
  • Billing and collection
  • Production planning and monitoring based on sales projections, stock, and variance analysis
  • Maintain issue trackers to ensure timely TAT
  • Optimize operation costs
  • Ensure adherence to client contracts
  • Review and optimize operations processes
  • Coordinate with software teams for timely resolutions
  • Lead team building, training, and development initiatives
  • Vendor management and contract management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Project revenue and cost adherence
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence
  • Timely billing and collection
  • Maintaining optimum stock levels at plants, branches, and sites
