Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exports, printing, and packaging, as well as sales and marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Analyze global market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Craft and implement customized marketing plans tailored to individual international markets.
  • IDentify and develop new overseas market segments for business growth.
  • Foster and manage relationships with international clients to drive order generation and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with buyers to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Oversee the entire business cycle from quotation to closing the deal.
  • Gather client feedback and coordinate internally to improve service quality and satisfaction.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to identify prospective clients and offer competitive solutions.
  • Manage and monitor international sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
  • 10-20 years of experience in senior operations roles.
  • Strong background in printing and packaging.
  • Currently based in Delhi-NCR or willing to relocate.
  • Must have a valid reason for relocation.
  • Available for face-to-face meetings.
  • No frequent job changes.
  • No offer shopping please.
