Job Title: National Sales Director
Reports to: Regional Director - English
Job Purpose: To lead the sales function and ensure capability building across levels for the Schools English vertical in South Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy for online learning products in India.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and expand large accounts for combined learning and assessment adoptions.
- Drive customer engagement using digital sales and marketing channels.
- Prepare annual sales budgets and achieve targets with the team.
- Monitor and control travel, marketing, and frees expenses.
- Track and analyze sales trends to ensure achievement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in sales or business management.
- Years of experience with sound knowledge of K Systems in South Asia.
- Proven track record of fuelling business growth.
- Leadership skills to motivate teams to achieve goals and sales.
