National Marketing and Digital Sales Leadership

Kuehne+Nagel seeks an experienced professional to lead its national marketing and digital sales efforts in India.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and omni-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop local marketing strategies and omni-channel campaign design, implementation, and optimization in line with the Country Marketing Plan and local requirements.
  • Support internal and external communications initiatives, including managing Blue Net Page, Social Media posts, News Letter, Customer Market updates, and Let's Celebrate.
  • Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence on content strategies, branding, and managing Calendars, Awards, Give aways, Corporate & Vertical Deck, Townhalls, Brochures, Case studies & Marketing Collateral.
  • Work with external branding agencies to ensure that KPIs are met.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders in the country to plan and execute industry seminars/webinars/company events.
  • Support DEL NV with managing visitor itinerary and other initiatives like VoC, Sales Gladiator, Scorecards, etc.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance to respective national BU or Functional Units and set up regular exchanges on marketing developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and digital sales.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and omni-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in managing internal and external communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative marketing solutions and campaigns that drive engagement and results.
