Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager oversees key business processes that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain financial planning and analysis processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Build and sustain high-performing EPM tools like Anaplan, Tagetik, PBCS, OneStream, and provide training and support as needed.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver management reports, FP&A insights, and related month-end processes.
  4. Drive customer service excellence in a global environment by fostering open communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Work independently and collaboratively as a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Initiate and lead finance transformation projects to drive process improvements and strategic growth.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; CA, CMA, ICWA, or MBA Finance degree preferred.
  2. 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles.
  3. OneStream Certified Associate level 1 or equivalent certification highly desirable but not required.
