Job Title:
Culinary Team LeadThis role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Directs and supervises kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of meals.
- Maintains quality standards and consistency in food preparation.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Develops and implements menu ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitors inventory levels and optimizes ordering procedures.
- Recruits and trains new team members to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Maintains accurate records of sales, costs, and inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
