Job Title:

Culinary Team Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Directs and supervises kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of meals.
  • Maintains quality standards and consistency in food preparation.
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Develops and implements menu ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitors inventory levels and optimizes ordering procedures.
  • Recruits and trains new team members to maintain a skilled workforce.
  • Maintains accurate records of sales, costs, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
