Cashier Job Description

The Cashier/Billing Clerk will be responsible for utilizing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to identify outstanding accounts, generating bills and invoices specific to customers, and delivering invoices via digital services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating Sales Orders after understanding customer requirements and specifications.
  • Reconciling all payments with invoices in a timely manner.
  • Managing Petty Cash and identifying inconsistencies in transactions or pricing discrepancies.
  • Regularly updating receivables specific to customer needs.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any issues promptly.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also have a basic understanding of office software and machinery.
