Software Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our SaaS platform development. This individual will drive technical decisions that balance engineering, business, and customer needs.

  • Define and execute a platform engineering strategy that aligns with product and business goals.
  • Lead global R&D roadmap and product transformation initiatives, overseeing the development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team, fostering a data-driven culture and championing Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, stability, and security.
Candidate Requirements
  • 20+ years in software engineering, with 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development, managing teams of 100+ engineers across diverse skill sets.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing, with strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.
  • Technical skills: Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies; familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and building engineering talent pipelines.
