Job Opportunity: Mechanical Engineering Executive

About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned mechanical engineering executive to lead our business, driving growth and innovation through strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define and implement a long-term vision for our company's growth and development.
    • Lead product innovation and technology adoption in mechanical engineering.
    • Identify and expand into new markets domestically and internationally.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
    • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
    • Maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Financial & Business Performance
    • Own and deliver profit and loss statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
    • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
    • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer relationships.
  • People Leadership
    • Build and lead a high-performing team of executives and managers.
    • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
    • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement
    • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators.
    • Represent the company as a leader in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle.
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
