Director of Engineering - AI Automation

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Engineering to lead our team in developing innovative AI-driven marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on backend systems, cloud architecture, and API integration.

The successful candidate will own the technical vision and architecture of our AI-powered marketing solutions, building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems integrated with APIs of leading platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, etc.

Evaluation and implementation of machine learning models for optimization, targeting, and performance prediction are also key responsibilities.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software engineering, ideally with leadership roles at product or SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech/MarTech platforms and experience building tools for digital advertising.
  • Deep expertise in backend systems, cloud architecture, API integration, and modern tech stacks.
  • Solid experience with AI/ML applications in digital marketing.
