Process Specialist for Real Estate Operations

The Process Specialist will be responsible for setting up property-specific information in the billing system according to the migration schedule. This role is part of the RUM Migration Team, which manages the initial setup of existing client properties on the RealPage Legacy Billing system into the VES System.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up clients, sites, and services.
- Setting up vendors and processing historical invoices.
- Configuring basic workflow management settings.
- Setting up bill messages, contacts, and notifications.
- Gathering due diligence data and reports from the legacy platform needed for setup.
- Reviewing billing for quality and working production alerts.
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a technical position or environment. You should also have a general understanding of MS Office applications and experience with multi-family settings is highly preferred. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for working with U.S. utility vendor invoices.
Technical RequirementsYou should have solid math skills, ability to learn and utilize new procedures and processes quickly, and good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. A demonstrated ability to develop, evaluate, and motivate others is also essential.
