Job Title: IAM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Identity Management solutions and integrations.
  • Implement access management policies and workflows.
  • Design and maintain application provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Identity and Access Management issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Identity & Access Management tools and .NET technologies. The role involves working on Identity implementations, access management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning, contributing to product development across the full lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 4-12 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and .NET technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong experience in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of REST API and WCF is an advantage.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
