The selected candidate will oversee the entire revenue cycle, ensuring zero discrepancies in revenue recognition. This includes maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Dealer Interface Management
- Billing agencies
- Resolving disputes with agencies and customers
- Maintaining customer codes with proper documentation
- Controllership Role
- Booking value-added orders/invoices related to sponsorship
- Reconciling dealer and finance ledger balances
- Collaborating with auditors for internal and external audits
- Revenue accounting expertise
- Banking and Finance Reporting
- Providing month-end reports/presentations on revenue and collections
- Calculating Classified, Display, and Canvasser incentives
- Ensuring adherence to month closing checklists
- Initiating cost control measures
- Legal and Compliance
- Compliance with GST and TDS regulations
- Commercial and Cost Control
- Exposure to debtor reconciliation, provision for expenses, cost ledger, vendor payments, etc.
- Exposure to legal contracts, barter arrangements, and document management setup
- Exposure to budgeting exercises
- IT Tools and Systems
- Maintaining customer databases
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
