We are seeking a Private Equity Professional to support our team in deal execution.

Caprae Capital Partners is an innovative private equity firm that originates funds with serial entrepreneurs. Our founder has grown two startups to significant revenue and ARR milestones.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about disrupting the finance industry and motivated by a mission-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support investor relationships through timely communication and coordination
  • Serve as primary point of contact for investor clients
  • Coordinate diligence activities across teams
  • Track deal progress and monitor acquisition timelines, investor activity, and deal milestones using CRM tools
  • Provide light financial review and assist with CIMs, financial summaries, and business profiles
  • Maintain accurate records and update investor-related data and communications in CRM tools
  • Ensure high-quality communication and prepare investor updates, responses, and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or account management
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exposure to working with U.S. or Western clients or companies preferred
  • Understanding of investment and financial concepts
  • Comfortable working with data, organizing information, and following structured workflows
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
