  • Trade Execution: Coordinate daily equity trades for clients, assist in executing trades online or placing orders on their behalf, and ensure timely execution of trades.">
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth while ensuring client profitability and long-term engagement.">
  • Market Insights: Provide clients with market insights and investment advisory services based on current financial conditions.">
  • New Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients through referrals from existing customers and reactivate inactive clients through consistent follow-ups and engagement strategies.">
  • Margins Collection: Ensure timely collection of margins and market-to-market losses.">

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree required.">
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 6 months in equity dealing with an Indian broking firm.">
  • Broking Experience: Hands-on experience in broking with a solid understanding of financial products and market trends.">
  • Self-Trading: Must not have any self-trading experience.">
  • Certification: NISM Series VIII certification is mandatory.">
  • Client Acquisition: Strong expertise in client acquisition, retention strategies, and achieving sales targets.">
  • Broking Industry: Prior experience in the broking industry is essential.">
