- A minimum of 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (internships count).
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- You must possess a calm and solution-oriented demeanor.
- Your time management, multitasking and organizational skills are essential to excel in this role.
- A graduate degree in any field is required.
- Bonus points for prior experience in e-commerce or working with global customers.
