We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Outreach and Admissions Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase student enrolment numbers.
- Manage admissions processes and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Represent the company at educational events and conferences.
- Utilize data tracking and reporting systems to drive decision making.
Requirements:
- 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment.
- A well-established network with local agents, school admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies in key regions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving student enrolment and partnership targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing fieldwork effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
