**Job Title:** Food Service Operations Coordinator

 

The role of a Chef de Partie is to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a specific kitchen workstation, ensuring seamless food preparation and presentation in line with corporate standards. As part of our team, you will be responsible for supervising employees, assigning duties, and controlling work schedules to guarantee efficiency and productivity.

 

This position requires a high level of management skills, particularly in a multicultural environment. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with colleagues and guests. In addition, you must have superior customer service, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

 

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals with 4-6 years of experience in upscale hotels, resorts, cruise ships, or convention banqueting services. A culinary school degree is mandatory, and previous experience as Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie is highly advantageous. You should also demonstrate intermediate computer software skills and a good understanding of basic accounting principles.

**Key Responsibilities:)

  • SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE DAILY KITCHEN ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CORPORATE STANDARDS.
  • ASSIGN DUTIES TO EMPLOYEES AND CONTROL WORK SCHEDULES TO GUARANTEE EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY.
  • MULTITASK AND ADAPT TO CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES WHILE MAINTAINING HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TEAMWORK.
  • EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH COLLEAGUES AND GUESTS TO ENSURE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS.
  • MONITOR AND REPORT ON KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) TO OPTIMIZE OPERATIONS AND IMPROVE RESULTS.
