Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the marketing roadmap
  • Assisting in product development aligned with business goals
  • Conducting primary and secondary market research
  • Developing product concepts and working with cross-functional teams
  • Executing marketing plans and improving processes
  • Coordinating product launches, campaigns, and agencies
  • Creating briefs for packaging, creative, and digital

Requirements:

  1. Postgraduate with minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG
  2. Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights and new product development
  3. 'Get the job done' mindset
  4. Out of the box thinking
  5. High initiative and ownership
  6. Creativity, passion, flexibility & persistence
  7. Effective communication, presentation and MS office skills
  8. A love for food
