Job Summary
Financial reporting is a critical function in any organization, and as a Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, managing NBFC compliances, conducting financial analysis, and providing insights into business performance and trends.Key Responsibilities:
- Timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Preparation of data for debt partners in required formats.
- Assistance in preparation and maintenance of loan-related documents along with checklists.
- Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Saral TDS for effective data management and reporting.
- Handling payment processing, beneficiaries management, keeping KYC updated, and relationships with banks.
- Coordination with debt partners to timely share various certificates monthly and quarterly intervals as per loan requirements.
