Finance Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our day-to-day finance operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports, creating and managing monthly MIS reports for timely insights to leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage finance operations, ensuring alignment with statutory regulations.
  • Lead a small finance team, focusing on deliverables that meet organizational needs.
  • Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights for decision-making and investor communications.
  • Track and report key performance indicators, providing visibility across functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian and UK regulations, including tax filings and audits.
  • Contribute to preparing investor reports, forecasts, and financial models for fundraising and growth planning.
  • Develop process improvements in bookkeeping, MIS, compliance, and financial planning for scalability.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
