Position Overview: A Financial Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the financial health of an organization through effective financial management, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Auditing and Compliance:

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and other relevant laws.

Cash Management:

  • Monitor cash flows and liquidity, optimizing working capital management.
  • Implement strategies to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.

Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and vendors to maintain strong working relationships.

Software and Technology:

  • Utilize accounting software and financial management tools to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
