Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial operations professional to manage our company's financial records with accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, strong communication skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and solid knowledge of accounting practices and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and collections efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed.
  • Use accounting software proficiently to manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent degree.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software tools.
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and Indian payroll regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with high accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of Indian tax laws and compliance is a plus.
