Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day banking requirements of our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing treasury operations, including Banking, Borrowing, Forex, Investments, and Working Capital management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treasury Operations Management: Manage daily banking operations, ensuring seamless transactions and timely reporting.
  • Investment Management: Oversee investments in Mutual Funds (MFs) / Fixed Deposits (FDs) in accordance with our investment policy.
  • Relationship Management: Liaise with banks/fund houses for transaction execution and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Database Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date database management for reporting purposes.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for treasury operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and self-discipline in managing work with minimal supervision.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Strong grip on MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Banking Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of general banking terminology and processes.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge to understand transaction impact.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
