We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Relationship Manager.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide expert advice on financial products, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
- Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
- Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of NRI financial regulations and products.
