Requirements

We're looking for a highly experienced Business Development Leader to join our India-based team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading our sales teams to achieve outstanding results.

\

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in advertising, media, and digital sales, with a strong understanding of different verticals and categories.

\

Key responsibilities include taking ownership of strategic relationships with clients, establishing new relationships with commercial and contract leads, and communicating the value of our media buying platform.

\

You'll work closely with global teams to cultivate focused accounts and brands, participate in product road map build out discussions, and take lead in responding to RFPs. Additionally, you'll coordinate global account discussions and work with product, marketing, and revenue teams to optimize company-wide goals.

\

About You

\

To succeed in this role, you'll need 15+ years of experience with proven revenue leadership experience managing sales and business development teams across India.

\

You'll also need a strong understanding and proven track record in advertising, media, and digital sales, as well as a detailed understanding of different verticals and categories.

\

Absolutely essential skills include:

  • Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising/marketing role\
  • Existing relationships with key decision makers at major agencies and advertisers\
  • Ability to Influence at the executive level and drive strategic business transformations
