Urban Syndicate seeks a professional Real Estate Business Development Manager to oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services. Key responsibilities include meeting with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals, communicating with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property, preparing and approving documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts, coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received, and providing periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
  • Prepare and approve documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
  • C coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in CRM systems
