**Job Title:** Business Development Manager (BDM)

**Job Overview:** Citadel Propcon Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's real estate services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, focusing on client acquisition and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities within the industry.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing Citadel's capabilities and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including transaction advisory, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Required Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
