Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure alignment with company goals and deadlines.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Select, hire, and oversee vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and inspections.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal team members, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Architect or Civil Engineer with 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent project management, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to sites in Nagpur, Indore, and Pune.

Compensation: INR 15,18,000 - 20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Pune.

Type: Onsite (6 days/week).
