Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and validate analytical methods for drug substances (APIs) and their intermediates.
  2. Characterize the structure of complex impurities.
  3. Profile and identify impurities in APIs and intermediates.
  4. Troubleshoot analytical problems and resolve client issues.

Serving as a mentor to junior team members is an important part of this role. The ability to interpret analytical data and make informed decisions is crucial.
