Cloud Systems Development Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Systems Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.
  • Architect, deploy and optimize solutions in cloud environments.
  • Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives with an emphasis on security and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform.
  • Implement and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Establish and enforce cloud security standards and best practices across environments.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Optimize cloud resource usage and implement cost management strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering/architecture roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, plus working knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes orchestration, particularly AKS, with knowledge of EKS.
  • Experience with Karpenter, ArgoCD, and Istio in container environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud security principles and implementations.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud networking concepts and solutions.
  • Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools.
