Campaign Specialist

Fatakpay is building a financial super app to serve the underserved workforce. Our focus is retaining users, improving engagement, and increasing repeat transactions through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Execution: Execute multi-channel retention campaigns across push, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and in-app notifications.
- User Journey Optimization: Monitor user journey stages and optimize for CTR%, CR%, reachability, and reactivation.
- Data Analysis: Work on behavioral segmentation and dynamic content personalization.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Data Strategies: Implement first-party data strategies like user surveys and attribute grooming.
- Journey Deployment: Coordinate with tech/product for automated journey deployment.
- Metric Tracking: Track and report key metrics: engagement %, conversion %, reachability %, repeat user growth, click rate, conversion rate (across funnels).
We are looking for an Executive – Retention Campaigns who can lead campaign execution, analytics, and optimization efforts. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on running omnichannel retention campaigns across push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and web notifications.
