About the Role

We are seeking a driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team in Bangalore.

This role involves owning end-to-end client onboarding and leading marketing campaigns from start to finish.

  • Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients through strategic outreach and communication
  • Create compelling pitch decks and support ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute bottom-line marketing strategies including events, vendor management, and logistics
  • Analyze campaign data to extract insights and optimize future marketing efforts
  • Provide post-event reporting, client feedback, and performance metrics
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance experience and retention

Key Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field (BTL/event marketing preferred)
  • MBA or Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel frequently for campaign and client activities
  • Creative mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and team-oriented approach
