About the Job

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a talented individual to develop their skills in performance marketing. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads, preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands, and possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve key performance indicators such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using performance tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
