Our organization seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), and data analytics.

  • Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, emailers, SEO, and SEM to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and areas for growth within the real estate industry.
  • Analyze campaign performance using advanced data analytics tools to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results across the organization.
Requirements:">
  • A minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and pay-per-click advertising methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and inform strategic decisions.
