We are seeking a skilled specialist to drive campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms.

About the Role:

  • \
  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns that meet client objectives\
  • Owning full responsibility for client accounts, focusing on revenue growth, retention, and excellent service delivery\
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance\
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals\
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV)\

Requirements:

  • \
  • At least 2 years of experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus)\
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills — ability to explain data and strategy clearly\
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and scaling campaigns profitably\
  • A high-ownership mindset — taking initiative and ensuring results\
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads\
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time\
