Digital Campaign Manager

Seeking a strategic and creative thinker to manage and execute digital campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive transaction volume and GMV through targeted channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and growth strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance business processes, user experience, and customer engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and inform future strategy.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and continuously monitor performance metrics.
  • Share regular business updates with leadership to align with strategic goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance weekly/monthly to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Master's in Business Administration or Bachelor's in a relevant discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
