Job Overview

The Cluster Segment Head plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market leadership within large corporate segments.

  • Position as a preferred technology partner through strategic thought leadership and industry expertise.
  • Deliver profitable growth and ensure leadership in key performance indicators.
  • Embed a digital-first culture to deliver exceptional customer experiences globally with high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Key objectives include meeting overall budgets, leading CXO/NPS in strategic accounts, and engaging with sales teams nationally for revenue expansion.

Essential Competencies and Experience

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in leadership positions, including cross-functional teams and account management.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets in fixed-line business.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and people-based experience.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in business administration and sales and cross-functional work experience in telecommunications.
  • Strong leadership skills and good knowledge of mobility, fixed, and other communication technologies.
