As a UK Visa Counsellor, your primary objective is to provide expert guidance and support to students seeking higher studies in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
  • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist.
  • Advise on education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
  • Convert student inquiries into registered applications.

Application Process:

  • Collect and verify documents from students.
  • Submit files for document assessment via partner channels.
  • Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays.
  • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance.
  • Assist in preparing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) documents.

Visa Stage:

  • Prepare students for CAS interviews (mock Q&A practice).
  • Complete and verify UK visa forms.
  • Help students arrange financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Submit final visa applications through partner systems.

Post-Visa Support:

  • Assist students in pre-departure activities (accommodation, ticketing guidance, orientation).
  • Maintain regular communication until student departure.

Reporting:

  • Document CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage.
  • Generate weekly pipeline reports: inquiries to registered to offers to CAS to visa approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of UK study system, including intakes, tuition fees, and scholarships.
  • Organizational skills with documentation and timelines.
  • Ability to explain financial requirements clearly.
  • Polite, patient, and student-focused demeanor.
