Job Title: Program Officer

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to implement prevention services, ensuring quality-driven implementation and effective management.

This role involves implementing prevention projects in schools, teaching children personal safety skills from 6-18 years old, and conducting awareness sessions with parents, teachers, and stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities

  1. Implementing prevention projects in educational settings, providing children with essential life skills.
  2. Timely documentation of field experiences, including progress reports and evaluation metrics.
  3. Adherence to operational protocols, including regular reporting to coordinators and managers.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields is required.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, facilitating discussions and conducting sessions is preferred. Freshers with relevant voluntary experience will also be considered.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and a child-friendly approach, with a passion for teaching and learning.

Educational Background:

A graduation or post-graduation degree in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields is essential for this position.
