Job Title: Rotating Equipment Specialist

Provide advanced engineering support for Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment.

Utilise online and offline data acquisition techniques, analyse and provide necessary recommendations on maintenance needs to prevent major breakdowns.

Support reliability improvement initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters.

Keep up-to-date knowledge of the condition of Rotating Equipment by monitoring, tracking and analysing to identify developing faults and defects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out detailed analysis of condition-based data.
  • Monitor and analyse Condition Monitoring, vibration, oil analysis, wear particle, thermography etc. and perform Rotating Equipment troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis for potential failures.
  • Identify underlying conditions leading to Rotating Equipment failure through various operational machine condition monitoring parameters.
  • Develop Corrective Actions recommendations on observed fault defects, initial damage reports to Maintenance, follow-up and closure.
  • Aim to prevent failure of Rotating Equipment using all available condition monitoring data, information and analytical tools.
  • Track Rotating Equipment condition in terms of failures, bad actors, cost and count, and identify corrective preventive actions.

Maintain compliance with best maintenance practices of Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Lubrication, Equipment changeovers and corrective maintenance.

Provide review support for Condition Monitoring best practice documents.
