Service Engineer Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch field service support for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field service support for our products
  • Handle all breakdown calls promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and effectively manage expectations
  • Prepare monthly reports on service performance and technical application management
  • Monitor repairs and maintenance activities for operational efficiency and target hours for machine repair
  • Determine when to escalate issues to resolve customer concerns
  • Publish and maintain service documentation for field service organizations
  • Maintain online service documentation on our intranet
  • Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of promoted units
  • Provide effective teamwork and build strong relationships with customer contacts
  • Conduct hands-on training for field service organizations internationally (20% travel)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a degree in Engineering
  • Have at least three years of experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting
  • Have good English language skills
  • Be analytical and have good problem-solving skills
  • Be willing to travel across the country for customer visits
  • Hold a driver's license and have experience driving both automatic and manual vehicles
