Senior Executive Engineer Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process equipment maintenance and be able to plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks.

Job Description:

The Senior Executive Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance tasks for Process equipment, including Vial filling, vial washing, Tunnel, isolators, and HVAC system.

  • Process Equipment Maintenance: Planning and execution of preventive maintenance for Process equipment.
  • Online Checklist Management: Entering checklists for carrying out preventive maintenance as per SOPs.
  • Breakdown Maintenance: Attending breakdown maintenance in compliance with cGMP for process equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Following cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols while carrying out all activities.
  • Coordination: Maintaining good coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Spare Parts Management: Managing spares for all process equipment.
  • HVAC Operations: Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Clean Room Parameters: Ensuring maintenance of clean room parameters and troubleshooting.
  • Qualification Documents: Preparing equipment qualification documents.
  • Projects Execution: Executing running projects, new projects, and plant extension works.
