Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our organization.

About the Role:

This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to final resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our ecommerce platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors and work with them to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in ecommerce operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
