Job Summary:
Central Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to visitors and parents, answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including fee collection, document management, and vendor relations, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders for replacements, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Assist with educational and professional development initiatives, supporting the growth and success of our students and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent, with a focus on administration, business, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service or a front office role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to type Hindi and English with accuracy and speed.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Hands-on experience with office equipment, including fax machines and printers.
- Proficiency in Web, Internet, and related technologies, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest tools and trends.
