About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at Central Academy. As a Front Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our front office team
  • Answer phone calls and forward them to respective departments
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle enquiries and sort mail
  • Copy, scan, and file documents
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders for replacements
  • Provide customer service to visitors and parents
  • Manage administrative tasks, including fee collection, document management, and vendor relations
  • Follow policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or a front office role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to type in Hindi and English
  • Proficient in web and internet related applications
  • Professional and pleasant demeanour
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Customer service attitude
