Front Office Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at Central Academy. As a Front Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our front office team
- Answer phone calls and forward them to respective departments
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle enquiries and sort mail
- Copy, scan, and file documents
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders for replacements
- Provide customer service to visitors and parents
- Manage administrative tasks, including fee collection, document management, and vendor relations
- Follow policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or a front office role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and ability to type in Hindi and English
- Proficient in web and internet related applications
- Professional and pleasant demeanour
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Customer service attitude

Graduation, post-graduation
