Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and sort mail, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Copy, scan, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and parents, providing a positive experience.
  • Manage various administrative tasks, including fee collection, document management, and vendor relations, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Education and Professional Qualifications

  • Possess a graduate degree or equivalent, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • Bring experience in customer service or a front office role, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
