Front Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including reporting and assisting with various tasks.

- Handle inquiries and sort mail, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Copy, scan, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and parents, providing a positive experience.
- Manage various administrative tasks, including fee collection, document management, and vendor relations, ensuring smooth operations.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Education and Professional Qualifications
