Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced frontend developer to lead our team in Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and optimize scalable frontend systems using best practices and design systems across teams.
  • Mentor and review the work of junior engineers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with UX, backend, and ML teams to deliver seamless, AI-powered user experiences.
  • Lead initiatives around observability, performance profiling, and frontend platform tooling.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Single Page Application (SPA) architecture.
  • Utilize techniques such as Server-Side Rendering (SSR)/Server-Side Generation (SSG) (Next.js), lazy loading, and code splitting to optimize frontend performance.
  • Integrate with multi-channel APIs and build real-time dashboards for campaign metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and utilize testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design systems, and SPA performance.
  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and ReactJS, with hands-on experience with TypeScript and Next.js preferred.
  • Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, Cypress) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working with real-time dashboards, SSR/SSG, and multi-channel API integrations.
  • Education: M.Tech, M.E., MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech (Dual), M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, or Computer Science.
